Prepare yourself for fun times with weapons and monsters.
HYBRID 2 doesn't change too much from the original formula, but small tweaks keep this action RPG engaging even despite minor frustrations with the controls.
It's like any hack n slasher: too much will get dull but keep it to just the right level, and it's good, attractive fun.
Hybrid 2: Saga of Nostalgia is an action-rpg based on the journey of Gray, a young hero who is looking for a way to rescue his love Fairy. The game could be funny, however there are too many gameplay and technical bugs that ruin the overall experience.
Hybrid 2 is a playable, though clearly outdated action RPG that can't shake the sense that it's not at home on iPhone.
I found that the RPG mechanics in Hybrid 2 are shallow, the combat takes far too long to get interesting, and the story is a snoozefest. All of these flaws contribute to make a game with little motivation outside of flashy graphics and combat that is fun at a very basic level.
