  • Summary: iSquash is a simplified version of the internationally-recognized sport Squash (also referred to as Racket Ball). Two players compete in a squash court; in order to win, a player must score a maximum of 9 points per game. Each player needs to force the ball past his/her opponent during a serve (a ball that has been put into play) to score points.

iSquash has two players: a blue racket player and a red racket player. The blue racket is an automated player. The red racket is moved by the user’s finger on the iPhone/iPod touch screen. The user moves the racket across the court in order to hit the ball when it is his/her turn.

The game of squash has strict rules about the ball striking the front, side, or back walls during play. iSquash for the iPhone/iPod touch has been made simple, so that a player may score a point when the other player misses the ball without the stricter rules of the official game. Future versions of iSquash will include greater flexibility with respect to the other rules and will include greater functions. Have fun iSquashing!!!
