Kingdoms & Lords won't disappoint: it allows you to manage and control a kingdom and make you feel like a knight. Maybe it's not too ambitious –and not very original indeed–, but it brings many interesting and complete options that will keep us entertained for a long while.
When played in chunks throughout the day, Kingdoms & Lords is a fine, mildly engaging way to kill some time. Just be sure not to try and dig too deep too fast.
Kingdoms & Lords delivers a simple, casual experience packed with a lot of missions, items and battles. Also touch controls work fine.
What's really a shame is that Kingdoms & Lords would be an easy recommendation if it was a complete game with a $4.99 price tag. The genre mash-up makes for a playful and memorable game. If you have the patience to endure long waits and panhandling for diamonds, go ahead and pick this one up. Otherwise, leave it in the Dark Ages.
A cynically deceptive experience that promises deep strategy while delivering the same old social freemium 'gameplay'.
