Lili is one of the most beautiful games for iOS, and it is also one of the most complete gaming experiences thus far beside classics like Dead Space.
Lili is a simple game that focuses mainly on exploration and chatting to people other than combat. It's a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to experience.
Picking flowers of the heads of monsters isn't something you do every day. Aside from this quirky game mechanic, Lili is also a surprisingly fun adventure in a world full of colorful characters.
Even though it is a beautifully told story, gorgeously rendered, some may say harshly it is just a glorified mini-game.
Lili is definitely style over substance: it has gorgeous graphics, a well-crafted scenario and slick interface and controls, but it's ultimately a quite boring and repetitive game.
Lili is a game that looks great, and optimally could have been a more open Infinity Blade-esque game, but in the end, the repetition and unnecessary elements drag it down.
It's a pity that for such a good-looking game, Lili is absolutely lifeless.
