Apr 11, 201180If you've somehow held off getting this so far, now is definitely the time to enjoy one of the most creative and engaging indie platformers around.
-
Mar 30, 201180Not in the slightest bit sketchy, Max and the Magic Marker gives you a light hand in level design that results in something of a platforming gem.
-
Mar 29, 201180This is still the definitive version of Max & the Magic Marker, and it's a smart purchase regardless of whether you played the game on Wii or PC.

Mar 29, 201180A great platforming title with a fun cool gameplay twist. It doesn't quite seem as fresh an idea as it did on Wii over a year ago, especially with many unique physics games already on the AppStore and on other consoles since, such as Super Scribblenaughts.

Apr 20, 201170I love Max and the Magic Marker more in concept than in execution. If the platforming elements were tighter, and if the exploration elements were properly accommodated by the game, then this could be something truly special. However, as it stands, what you have is a game that is at times brilliant, but mostly frustrating.
-
Apr 1, 201170A solid port of an imaginative game that puts a lot of control in your hands.

Apr 6, 201167It's a shame that this porting of Max & The Magic Marker is the most poor version so far. Despite the developers' efforts, the small screen of the iPhone makes impossible to draw accurate lines and shapes. The iPad version is slightly better, but it still has some problems with the controls.
