Mar 10, 201180Quite fun at times, but its controls can make the game more frustrating than it ought to be. Still, if you love retro-inspired games, and especially the Llamatron and Robotron games, or just want something a little different from the typical arena shooter, Minotron: 2112 is a solid purchase – and at worst, it's interesting reading material.

9Minotron: 2112 has a ton of personality and runs brilliantly e on iPad. On iPhone/Touch it's not as compelling (at least on hard difficulty) but is nonetheless a stylish and and imaginative taken on Robotron that ought not to be missed by fans of both Jeff Minter and 80's arcade games. iOS can use a guy like Jeff Minter and sidekick Giles Goat.
