A few concessions had to be made, naturally, but Ms. Splosion Man is just as chaotic and hilarious on iOS as she is on Xbox and PC.

A great 2D platformer that works great on the iDevices. There's plenty of content, so if you like the offer then you have a few weeks of fun ahead.

Ms. Splosion Man is a great game somewhat diminished by an imperfect port. If you can swallow the business model and shrug off a few deaths that weren’t your fault, you’re in for a humorous, challenging, and rewarding time. That being said, Ms. Splosion Man is still best played with a controller, and best purchased for a single amount.

Ms. Splosion Man ($2.99, Universal) is an absolute blast, but there are a few problems that take away from all of the greatness included, making it a should buy.

Ms Splosion Man is as faithful a port as you can get, right down to the heroine's chipper pop culture references and hilarious cutscenes. It isn't perfect though, due mostly to the unavoidable limitations of the touch screen.

Ms. Splosion Man is still the fun and over the top platformer it was on consoles, but without modifications to suit iOS devices it has some teething problems.

Ms. Splosion Man is an incredible platformer that's hampered by an ill-conceived pay scheme.

It's a shame that there's such a weird barrier between the player and actually playing the levels they want. With a bit more tweaking of how many coins it takes to unlock each stage, or the elimination of the system entirely, Ms. Splosion Man would be one of the finest games on the entire App Store.

Ms. Splosion Man is a mostly excellent puzzle-platformer, but a couple of unfortunate design decisions hold the iOS version back from greatness.

Ms. Splosion Man explodes straight into my heart with her cute quirky style, but at the same time she is a gold-digger not afraid to go for my wallet after she has captured my heart. Please Ms. I am a married man, and I can’t afford any expensive mistresses.

A rich and vibrant platformer with one or two control and balance issues that prevent it from joining the list of the best console conversions on iOS.

Still, if platforming is your bag, don't let grinding or opening your wallet keep you from missing out on Ms. Splosion Man's gorgeous, fast-paced, and rewarding adventure.
