  3. Mar 5, 2011
While it's a solid enough platformer, there are plenty of iPhone alternatives that do what Pixeline and the Jungle Treasure does, and do it better.
  4. Feb 8, 2011
So given the choice, if you have an iPad and want to good old-fashioned Mario-style platforming adventure then check out Pixeline and the Jungle Treasure, but leave the iPhone version alone unless you or whoever is going to be playing has small fingers and infinite patience.

The level design is interesting enough to make you think about how to get to the end of each level and the sketched comic book graphics which tell the story are very cute. It's just not enough to save the game from being just another generic platform game.
