Sep 12, 201180While the lack of Game Center multiplayer support is devastating, the core game and modes will last your average word nerd for hours on end. The Domination mode will always give you something to shoot for, while the Daily Challenge will give your brain a taxing workout.

Sep 2, 201180Even without a multiplayer mode, Quarrel is a phenomenal game. Frustrations aside, it is so enjoyable and very hard to put down. Strategy and word game fans will both find things to love about this game and players that enjoy both genres will be in heaven.

Even without multiplayer this is an essential purchase. With multiplayer, it could take over the world – or, at the very least, be the thinking person's Angry Birds.
