SOS is a simple yet complex turn based board game that challenges your attention and perseverance trying to beat Arty or your human opponent by making as many SOS's as possible. It runs on versions 2.2 and 3.x.

    The Story of SOS
    -----------------
It's a dark and stormy night on the ocean. Arty's vessel and yours are taking on water. Both of you send out SOS morse codes to be rescued. Unfortunately only one of you can be rescued and that would be the one who sends out the most SOS's.

    Game Objective
    --------------
The object of the game is to form as many SOS combinations on the board and score a point for each one. There is a 50/50 chance of getting an S or O on your turn to use. Same goes for your opponent.

The game automatically ends when no more empty spots are on the board. The player with the highest score wins.

    Menu Options
    --------------
Select opponents: You vs Arty, You vs Friend, Arty vs Arty (yes he plays himself).

You may change names (but not Arty's). You can turn off the sound. If you select a time limit, this is the amount of time you have to move and touch End My Turn.

You can also change the Strike Over to manual. This makes the game more challenging as it is up to you and your opponent to find the SOS. To strike over an SOS, you touch the starting S letter and drag your finger to the ending S letter.

You can also change board sizes to change the complexity of the game.
