The Tower Defense craze of the app store has long subsided but there are still games that take the formula and create a worthwhile experience for fans of the genre. Spice Bandits is one of those games.
This app offers a very fun style of play and is easy to get into. It's free, so there's no reason not to at least try it. If you're anything like me, you'll find yourself playing it more and more. I can easily see myself playing this app for a while. There are no major problems that I could find.
Far from the freshness of the best seller Cut The Rope, Chillingo give us a really good game, that is however just another Tower Defense.
You can get a lot of gameplay for free out of Space Bandits, but only if you tolerate the game's shameless contrivances.
