This update / HD version for iPad is a must-have. It's beautiful, addictive, and the additions of the Flight School and multiplayer modes is a very nice and welcome addition.

Tiny Wings HD is bigger and better in just about every way, and while more of an expansion to the original mode would go over well, the new Flight School and Hill Party modes add a multiplayer twist that means you can start sharing the fun with all of your friends.

With so much expectation placed at Illiger's feet, it's remarkable that this revised edition of one of mobile gaming's brightest gems not only preserves the simplistic elegance of the original, but introduces new gameplay elements that shine just as brightly.

If you want native iPad support, I think the new Tiny Wings HD with its proper screen size and local multiplayer mode is totally worth forking over the extra few bucks.

Tiny Wings HD is the perfect complement for one of the games that have demonstrated a new winning formula of gaming on mobile devices: simplicity, accessibility and ability to play with one last finger.

There is a whole bunch of new gameplay, plus all the original. It really is the very definition of a no-brainer. The original received a 4.5, and this new update, while great, does not add enough to change the score.

Tiny Wings 2 is a sequel by the book: the same formula, with a slightly different approach and some new elements.

Tiny Wings HD for iPad improves all we've seen last year in Tiny Wings, adding local multiplayer, a new competitive mode and new graphics for Retina Display.

That´s all there is to it. Touch for slide, touch to land, that is all the interaction, you will find here. Throw in a few sunflowers to bounce of from and some water hazards and you get a game that manages to create an almost perfect flow.

Those already addicted to Tiny Wings' charm will love the new levels, while those still on the fence couldn't have asked for a better invitation to join in.

Tiny Wings HD is just as strict and satisfying as its iPhone predecessor, and the new modes add enough content to warrant the inflated price tag.

this is one of many overrated tablet programs. I played it and hoped for some entertainment. It gives you nothing but some annoying moments and a high blood pressure. My advice: Avoid like the plague. Full Review »

Incredibly addictive like the original. The simplicity is the key to the succes of this amazing game. Though it can get a little frustrating to advance after a while, there is some strange magic that will keep you playing. Full Review »

Loved the original, still love the simple gameplay and dynamically generated levels. For the price you really can't go past this in terms of casual gaming. Getting the top nest is nearly impossible but I'll get there one day Full Review »
