While True Skate takes a decidedly realistic spin on performing kickflips and ollies on iOS, the skateboarding sim is missing some of the game mechanics that would take it from an average experience to a compelling one. Skate if you must, but we're hoping they use this platform for bigger and better things.

True Skate could be something special, but right now we can only recommend it for the most hardcore of skating fans.

This game has amazing ideas and is very fun to mess around In, but sadly, it feels like it should be free. It comes with only ONE park to ride in which limits fun, and an additional park is there for and additional cost. Also the costumization for your board costs way to much, making it almost necessary to spend even more money! It's a fun game but could be sooo much better! Fun, but falls from greatness!
