Virtual City is like a half step between farm-management and Sim City, bringing two management styles together in a deadly addictive combo.
Virtual City is well worth a purchase. It's a much friendlier version of SimCity and one that feels more enjoyable and less spreadsheet management- ish than other behemoth city management games.
With a mission-based structure, Virtual City ask the player to address practical issues in different cities. The result is an interesting title, with some problems concerning the interface.
Virtual City is fun, but not without it's faults. If you like economy games, you will enjoy Virtual City, however it will get boring for some players rather quickly, due to it's simplistic style.
Virtual City is an unfocused take on time management that explodes with variety to its own detriment.
