It controls beautifully, has lots of crazy tracks to master and can make any commute fly by. With a little tune-up it could be a real beast.

Taking Xtreme Wheels on face value I can easily say it's the definitive trials experience on the iPhone and iPad. Upon further dissection it could certainly do with more levels, tweaked control response and some of it's glitches fixing. This is by all means a must by for trials fans!

Xtreme Wheels deals with the "acrobatic" action genre even in a mature and serious fashion, thanks to a physics-based gameplay rather than on the execution of air tricks. Too bad the controls are not that accurate.

Xtreme Wheels may not add anything new to the stunt bike genre, but its solid mechanics and detailed graphics make it stand out from the crowd.

Xtreme Wheels is a good game, that despite not being original or even trying to, achieves to be entertaining and challenging thanks to its gameplay, which resembles Trials HD.

A faithful rendition of a Trials-style game, but it would have been nice to see a little more innovation in the environmental art or at least more of its own style instead of a nearly direct clone of Trials.

Xtreme Wheels is an undeniably fun ride, though the 3D visuals sometimes tax the iPad too much.

A visually appealing offering, this physics-based platformer is hampered by a short campaign and some app instability.

Xtreme Wheels takes a formula that has already proven itself in the past and does little more than repackage it, albeit in a shiny 3D engine; if you enjoy games like Trials HD there's little reason to complain, but it'd be nice to see more innovation.

In a genre that's full of titles that have used Trials 2 as a source of inspiration to build off of, Xtreme Wheels ends up playing more like a "me too!" title than a truly unique game.
