  • Summary: In Harvest Moon 64, you'll work hard to make a life for yourself on the run-down farm that you've inherited from your dearly departed grandfather. It will take careful planning and a lot of help from your neighbors to ride out the seasons and succeed as a gentleman farmer. 1. On paper it sounds rather banal and routine, but in practice the game is addictive and routine... You're in total control of your destiny, and you become addicted in trying to live the best life possible.
  2. Someone out there obviously thought that creating a simulation of real-life farming was a pretty good idea -- the worrying thing is that they might just be right! It may be all too much like hard work but this game can make growing cabbages seem as addictive as Hagen Das ice-cream!
  3. Though admittedly not for everyone, Harvest Moon 64 is a strangely compelling, original little game that makes hours melt away incomprehensibly.

Wow. Just wow, an awesome game all around. Possibly one of the best Harvest Moon's created. Even if you haven't played this kind of game before, Harvest Moon 64 can be oddly addicting and fun. Expand
