  1. A wonderful re-creation of the sport of football that controls well, looks good, and has enough packed in to keep you busy for a while. But most importantly, the game is just superfun.
  2. 80
Unfortunately, the game shows not only its age, but also the console’s age and its considerable weaknesses.
  3. Madden NFL 2002 and "Madden NFL 2001" are basically the same games, with new rosters, new modes of play, and a new name.
  4. It’s too bad there’s no way to work on defense other than getting pummeled by the CPU game after game. [Oct 2001, p.154]
  5. If you're expecting Madden 2002 on the N64 to compare in any way, shape or form with the PlayStation 2 version, you're going to be sorely disappointed.

Wel first of all I think this game is a really blast and if you buy it you can fell the power from your own home. And I think is exciting because you can pick over from all the teams in the NFL. Full Review »
