    It's a shame that the developers didn't polish "Rally Challenge 2000" a bit before they sent it out the door, because it has a really cool racing engine at its core.

    Succeeds on some levels and fails on others, but on the whole, it does a good job of being a party game.

    Although the actual car models are quite nice, the N64's infamous fog--which makes for about 10 feet of visibility, even in sunny conditions--and the blurry, washed-out textures undermine the game's few good points.
