Nov 8, 2013Well, I played the first episode of this "adventure" in spite of regarding all the bad reviews; so here are my impressions.
The story is simple: 3 archaeologists try to find the Garden of eden, one cool guy, his beloved not yet girlfriend and the good old English archaeologist. You play as the cool guy Adam and search your way through an "cave" in contact with Eve(lyn: What a game with the names!).
First the good things: The Music is in my opinion great and fits perfectly; and the game lasts only 2 hours ;-)
And the bad things: The Graphics are okay, not beautiful at all; the animations are buggy. The puzzles are very very simple, just look around and try to get the solution: Some are a little bit of maths, try & search, 2 times there you have to be fast but all are easy to solve. And there is no inventory.
All in all you have to find 7 puzzle pieces to get one door open as well as 7 chests hidden in the area; they contain words to get some extras on the website (wallpaper, avatar, concept art as well as more background story).
And if you have some starting problems, try to search the forum, there is the solution with the Nvidia-graphic data.
Conclusion: it was a little below average experience, which gave me 2 hours of relaxing and never stressing "fun". If you want some simple entertainment, give it a try but don't expect too much!… Expand

The game won't even start, "VentureGame.exe has stopped working", and Vertigo Games and Iceberg Interactive don't help at all.
