  • Summary: Alpha Kimori is set 50 years after the alien invasion of Earth when the newly discovered planet Kimori plays host to two warring human factions - the Bidarians, who want to reclaim Earth, and the Jinrians, who are contented with their new home.     I know it sounds like I've bagged on Alpha Kimori here and there, but it's got it where it counts, and every complaint I have can be remedied. I enjoyed the 5 hours I spent with this game and look forward to Episode 2, which should reportedly drop in early 2012.

    In the grand scheme of things, Alpha Kimori is neither a good or a bad game. It falls into the realm of the decidedly average titles, where it fails to impress, but is not overly flawed in any major way. All in all, if the player thinks that they are going to enjoy the story then pick it up, but don't approach it with overly high expectations.
