    Stlll a very playable competitive strategic Civil War title. Frank Hunter also made WW1 Guns of August -great title. Commanders promote, reinforcements, realistic casualties force the Confederates to avoid an atrrition war. But watching your 1 Star Grant win battles and promote to a five star general with great stats years in is where the enjoyment lies. Almost an rpg element. This is very similar to the board game Victory Games/Avalon Hill Civil War. Expand
