IlanK.Aug 25, 20044If you liked army men you will hate this game very poor action game the only difference is that the other soldiers are toys... not fun at all ...too bad .... it's playable but just not fun ..

44Over the years, the series has shown its flashes of playability, but Sarge's War isn't one of them. This game never shows anything above the most minimal of efforts, and even then, it seems as though you're being entertained as if by accident.

Had the absurdity of the setting been more efficiently exploited for humor value, the many shortcomings might be more easily overlooked. As it stands, this title comes across as a last minute, off-the-cuff port from consoles to PC that skimped as often as possible.
