  • Summary: Battlefield Heroes is a brand new Play 4 Free game from the people that brought you the multi-million selling "Battlefield 1942" and "Battlefield 2"
It's a fun cartoon-style shooter which caters to players of all skill levels – easy to pick up and play, but with deep character development.

This is simply giddy, cartoonish mayhem with an extremely low bar for entry.

A lively and dynamic version of the series stripped down to the undeniably appealing essentials.
  3. You may not be able to argue with its price, but you'll certainly be surprised with how addictive Battlefield Heroes can be.
  4. This is not the best multiplayer game around there, neither it is better that other entries in the Battlefield saga, but it is a good effort to make the game available to a wider public.
  5. Battlefield Heroes is a casual gamer title. All the Battlefield series hardcore gamers will find this title pretty boring and poor of contents and tactics. But it's completely free-to-play, so it worth a try from everyone.
  6. Battlefield Heroes does quite a good job when it comes to entertaining the players for a short while, but with only a few maps and not that many weapons this "Free 2 Play" game comes a bit short. The game offers not that much diversity and if you want to spend your money on microtransactions there is mostly just new outfits to choose from.
  7. The game we've been presented with works against itself more often than it does not.

I rated this game for what it is: a free-to-play FPS that delivers a fun yet casual game experience. With low system requirements, and quick I rated this game for what it is: a free-to-play FPS that delivers a fun yet casual game experience. With low system requirements, and quick online match-ups, it really is a game for casual people, yet is enjoyable for everyone. The experience system works nicely, keeping people interested while allowing for customization of powers, and I believe that the classes are well balanced. (Contrary to what some people may say.) After all, it is a free game, and it's hard to beat free, especially when it's on the higher end of quality. (For a free game, of course.) Expand

Its a fun, free little game, although it is very simplistic. Its not a game for the hard core, but if your more of a casual gamer, its Its a fun, free little game, although it is very simplistic. Its not a game for the hard core, but if your more of a casual gamer, its definitely worth a try. However, its going to need at least a few more maps, vehicles, and features in general to stay fun, but that's not of any real concern, at least at the moment Expand

Battlefield Heroes "Free To Play." If you play as a free user it deserves a 4 at the most. If you spend over $50 it should deserve a 8. But ifBattlefield Heroes "Free To Play." If you play as a free user it deserves a 4 at the most. If you spend over $50 it should deserve a 8. But if you are willing to spend so much for this game, you should just buy a game from the Battlefield series. Another con is that there is no "lobby." You can't choose the exact map you want to play in. I personally play TF2 because it is a free game, all classes are balanced and so are the weapons. If you were thinking of getting it. Heck? It's still worth a try... just don't rage when you get killed by a paid weapon! Expand

EA are destroying this 'free' game by providing paying customers with 'Uber' weapons. It started as real money for EA are destroying this 'free' game by providing paying customers with 'Uber' weapons. It started as real money for clothes, you could pay to look different. Now - after stating it would never happen - real money gets you stronger weapons... It would have been a score of 8, bad move EA. Play for Free.. Die for Free Expand
