I’d compare the enjoyment once can get from Creature Isle to that of sitting on a cross Atlantic flight for 14 hours in a seat next to a crying baby. It’ll have you raving to your friends for hours, but for all the wrong reasons.
  2. It may have spectacular AI, but it's still just an elaborate virtual pet forced to perform a tedious sequence of often frustrating tasks. [May 2002, p.89]

It's okay.i agree that many actions you do take a while.and there are limits that what you do.such as if you wanted to be good.its hard becuase of your creature doing somethng bad.or accidental.can get frustrating.B&W 2 lets you create a militia to fight off enemy creatures.lets wait for that and get some action in should turn out like the Command & Conquer sort of game or Age of Empires. Yeccch! It's a pretty game, but it's seriously hampered by the slow pace. The amount of time it takes for your creature to go from point A to point B and to perform a single action can be completely exhilirating, especially if you've had enough of the original. While certainly better than the original, it's only worth checking out if you haven't much else to do. Full Review »
