    It is definitely a diamond in the rough, as was the original Chrome. SpecForce offers up some intense firefights, great gameplay, awesome visuals, and astonishing voice actors.

    If you love the FPS genre then Chrome Specforce is certainly a worthy contender for your time, just do not expect anything vastly different here. Yes, we did enjoy the original, and this prequel is slightly better, however many will justifiably be left disappointed with the lack of progression that Tachland have made in those two years since Chrome.

    At the end of the day the experience, despite how crooked it can appear in parts, is absolutely entertaining. From a budget game, that’s about the best you can ask.
