After the success achieved by The Orange Box, every series tried to do the same with its own collection. Unfortunately, not all games are as good as Half-Life. We can say the same about Command & Conquer. The series is awesome but this ultimate collection doesn't offer any real reason to buy it. No extras, no more content, not even a decent emulation on the modern OS. Only for real fans of the series.

  1. Being a diehard C&C fan I am going to love this collection no matter what. I will say that the collection has worked out some kinks with older games on newer OSs (Vista/7), but there are a few things that are irritating. The OST you get doesn't have every C&C song, the ones they give you are great, but you should get them all. Another thing is that some of the older games seem to have a scroll speed issue, like a flick of the mouse will send me across the map. Another irritating thing I noticed is that the Covert Operations doesn't have the extra tracks that originally came with it back in the day. C&C Ultimate collection is great for die-hard C&C fan-boys like me, but other than that, not really worth the buy. Expand
