CSI: NY Image
  • Summary: For the first time in the CSI video game series, CSI: NY – The Game allows you to play as actual characters from the hit TV show. The video game features a brand-new graphic novel art style, interactive mini-games and interrogations, as well as original cases crafted by writers from the "CSI: NY” television series. 1. The only saving grace is the excellent, original voice acting. Instead of taking up the investigative work we are forced to partake in a string of minigames that could well serve as the developmental tools in the kindergarten, were it not for their gruesome matter. The ancient, two dimensional, low resolution graphics is also a grim joke. [Mar 2009]
  2. There's nothing really intellectually stimulating, the 2D graphic novel-style graphics leave things to be desired, and the concept tires quickly.
  3. Probably the worst game based on CSI. The puzzles and tests you must solve have nothing to do with the kind of investigations of the TV series and the graphical style of the game just doesn't work at all.

There is not much to expect from this except for Detective Mac Taylor and New York. Other then that you're doing the same things, collecting evidence, analyze and convict a suspect. Stay clear of this P.C. game! However, if you own a Verizon Mobile the Mobile Verizon is available and I think this is one of those where it should have only been made for handheld and mobile devises. I like the Mobile version and when I played the P.C. I was shocked that the graphics where almost IDENTICAL!! Mobile only, not P.C. no exceptions! Expand
