You're not going to find every feature you've ever wanted packed into Dangerous Golf, but what you will find is a title that nails its core gameplay concept. It lies somewhere between precision and randomness – a place where, not accidentally, a charming heart resides.
It's a real shame that the performance here is subpar, because Dangerous Golf is fantastic fun, whether alone or with friends in the co-op and competitive modes.

This game is really good cause they made golf exiting and most golf games are not exiting if you like destruction explosions. I am really enjoying this game anyone should buy it!

I am really enjoying this game! Not sure why it is rated so low. Sure it is not as deep as some games that i have played but loving the breaking physics and sounds and trying to beat my mates scores. A good start from 3 fields if you ask me!

Battling against friends both online and through couch co-op is how Dangerous Golf feels like it’s meant to be played and it makes for a great pickup title, ignoring the initial learning curve that is.

Dangerous Golf is a game you want to love, but it becomes increasingly difficult as you go: the unintuitive controls stop being cute and begin to become an annoyance; the objects you smash, which for a moment inspired joy, become an afterthought.
While long load times aren't a huge deal in a game like Grand Theft Auto, they absolutely are one when you only get a maximum of about a minute of gameplay from each load. It's a small annoyance that builds to a huge one over time, and it highlights everything else that is wrong with Dangerous Golf.
A fun enough game that will allow you to relax in the evening after a hard day, allowing you to break everything that the ball reaches

Played this game late on PS4 and found the performance to be OK unlike the demo I played before. My big problem with this game is that it is mostly dumb luck if you do well. You have to really like watching stuff break to love this game because there isn't much strategy. Not for me.

Got this free with PS Plus Extra, and that's the best way to play this. I wouldn't buy it. Decent party game to play for an hour or so, maybe with some friends or a partner, especially those that don't really play video games much and would be reluctant to engage in something with more complex controls and mechanics. Essentially, this game is simply about controlling a glowing ball around a room and causing as much damage as possible before the energy bar runs out. Graphics are a little rough, controls are equally janky. Aiming the ball seems to jump in small segments rather than smoothly rotating around an axis. Physics are not realistic at all - ricochets seems to go in more often than not, with a positive bias obviously programmed in. Good to play for a few round while you're having a beer and just want to mindlessly smash things. But this isn't a AAA game and that's because it's not supposed to be.
Not smashing. Not fore everyone. But par for the course.
