I'm still baffled as to how this game missed an "E" ESRB rating, as that is obviously the age group it is meant for.

Building options are severely limited--with only five attractions possible, I would hardly call this a diver's paradise. [Sep 2006, p.96]

The game is a sleepy, nonviolent diversion that does promote appreciation for our underwater friends, but is otherwise an obviously low budget exercise -- albeit one that dresses its female divers in skimpy thong bikinis and its male divers in full bodysuits.

If you want an underwater world on your PC, buy a sim aquarium; if you want a Tycoon game, stick to zoos and roller coasters. [Oct. 2006, p.80]

The game sucks. The ESRB sucks. And if you buy this game, you’ll suck too.

I'm a scuba diver so it's kinda fun to see what it would be like if there was an underwater park and stuff.
