  1. For a budget title, this game performs its duties to the utmost of my expectations, and even beyond, in some aspects.

Cabela's therefore is more suited to you if you're an extremely casual gamer, or if you're more into instant action. Atari's entry is more streamlined, more simple, and more realistic (plus has no easy ways to find deer, which forces you to track or trap intelligently).

Fun game, very relaxing and with surprisingly good AI (although, still far from realistic, and there are some bugs). This game is mainly aboutFun game, very relaxing and with surprisingly good AI (although, still far from realistic, and there are some bugs). This game is mainly about the anticipation of a kill, much more than the actual shooting (a skilled hunter only needs one shot). That said, you do have to take wind, distance and bullet drop into account when shooting.

The fact that there could be alot of time before you even see a deer would probably bore the average call of duty player, but the anticipation is a large part of the game.

The reason it only gets 7 out of 10 is because the lack of content, there are quite few weapons and maps etc.
