Dragon Age: Origins - Witch Hunt Image
  • Summary: The dreaded Archdemon has been slain and the advance of the darkspawn halted by a lone, heroic Grey Warden. The kingdom rejoices, but at least one question remains: what happened to Morrigan? The sorceress joined the Wardens cause, but it is said her true purpose was not revealed until the eve of the last battle. She vanished into the shadows, and while rumors claimed she crossed over the mountains into Orlais no trace of her path could be found. She was never heard from again... until now. Nearly a year has passed since the Archdemon's death, and word has reached the Wardens that Morrigan has returned to Ferelden. She has been sighted in the southern wilderness where she was first encountered. Is it truly her? If it is, then why has is she here and what secret does she carry with her? The Warden heads into the forest to find out and tie up this last loose end once and for all. Expand

If you're willing to spend money to see Morrigan again for about five minutes and get an unsatisfactory explanation of what's been going on, then you should buy Witch Hunt.

This isn't a total disaster, but it does not feel like much love or effort has gone into it either. [Dec 2010, p.64]

  2. I'm willing to forgive Witch Hunt's long list of faults for one reason and one reason only; it provided me with a good final ending to my character and Morrigan. Obviously this means I'm a huge softy but at least I didn't cry when Sephiroth died. Take that! Expand

Im sorry to say this dlc is a complete garbage. first of all it took me less than 2 hours (with few coffee breaks), second i wasn't even close to die once ( while not touching the other henchman, just playing with my rouge... they also didn't die until the last boss, stupid mage), all of that in nightmare difficulty. second the lure is not that great . third and worse of them all the story is a total crap!!, no new information and an unbelievably stupid and disappointing ending without ANY NEW INFORMATION. bioware is a great company that make an amazing games but to say the least their dlc are not that great while this one is a simple fraud which just tells you GIVE US YOUR MONEY, See you next time. thanks bioware.
