  1. Some of the elements are well realized, the environments look good and the sound is well done, but the AI and repeated “terrified” civilians, fails to elevate this title to the ranks of solid tactical combat shooter.
  2. The games biggest problem, as I have said before, is that it is coming into a market that is ridiculously over saturated with WWII and Vietnam shooters already, and it does not do enough to separate itself from the pack, so I have a feeling it will be doomed to slip by the wayside unnoticed by most.
  3. If you are looking for a great military game set during the Vietnam War then I can rattle off a list of about four great games and three good games. Unfortunately, Elite Warriors: Vietnam will not appear on any list other than war games to avoid.
  4. 40
Even as a budget title, Elite Warriors: Vietnam is an underwhelming game. The AI is buggy and ineffective, the missions are stale, and the strategic elements feel hollow and, ultimately, pointless.

This game blew nuts, I have a an exellent machine (2.6ghz 764 ram, 9600 radeon x305 card) and the rain made it lag, yes, the rain. Only nFusion could take a sniper rifle and make a pistol as accurate as it, a crappy pistol, at that. And that doesn't mean the pistol is accurate, it means the sniper rifle hits a target 200 meters away 2/10 times, the pistol can achieve 3/10. Expand
