  1. The single best strategy game released since "Civilization II" (and perhaps even the original "Civilization.")

This is a huge game. I've been playing it for weeks now and am only now just getting an idea of what's possible.
  3. Once you get past the initial shock of how big and occasionally unwieldy the game is, you'll find that the detailed mechanics work to produce an unparalleled level of depth.
  4. The game is complicated, and the combat is uninspired, but overall the experience is a positive one. Plus, it makes a great way to study for a history test.

Really fun. Follows some historical ideas but really you could just out your own land or fight with France when your turkey. All in all a great game I give it a 10 out of 10. Expand

This is one of the best strategy games ever. I'm hooked.
  3. For me, this is what started my admiration for Paradox Games. However I would recommend Europa Universalis II over this one. EU2 is very much the same game, but with a lot of improvements. Expand
