CoxDec 27, 20079I was happy with this game, it did seem to not be as well made as the other two games. The AI at times is laughable. The story how ever is the strongest in this game of the entire series. If you loved FEAR you will love this as well. If you have never played FEAR before, you probably should look elsewhere for a FPS.

RayF.Feb 25, 20085This game seems like an amateur developed FEAR mod for a lot of it. It looks worse then the original game, which came out in 2005, and is a total rip off at $30. The multiplayer is more or less the same as FEAR and FEAR combat, except less people are playing. All in all the game is pretty poor and very boring.

KasjanN.Mar 21, 20086Terrible game! If you loved FEAR you must go to the shop. If you don't love FEAR.

RoshanThilakarathneMay 20, 20089I know critics have blasted this one.I think this is a solid shooter. Why they have critisized?Because most of them have played only first two levels which are I admit terrible.but form level three it regains real FEAR type.and those are real fun.grafic design is a bit repititive at first two levels.

ThisisSpartaSep 17, 20099It's mostly more of the same, but that's certainly not a bad thing. A very solid shooter that delivers on the scares and satisfying gun-play. Graphics are somewhat dated, but the game doesn't really suffer from it, and the bullet-time effects and blood splatter still look great. The story is engaging and is a worthy expansion to the FEAR universe. As stated, great value for money.

TimD.Nov 25, 20079Nat a terrible game; just more of the same. grant you, if the AI was more advanced, it would be great, but w/e. If you like the first one but felt it was to short, then this is a great filler.

70Unfortunately, the new enemies aren't that much different from the original ones, and the additional weapons don't add much to the game. Veteran players will have a persistent "been there, done that" feeling throughout the adventure, while newcomers may feel a little lost, since Perseus Mandate makes so many direct references to the previous games.
-
59We'll make this easy. If you're a fan of F.E.A.R. and have just been looking for more of the same firefights with a couple of new weapons and enemies, then you're probably going to find Perseus Mandate fun. If you're looking for something new or compelling and some flahy sound or visuals, don't bother.

63F.E.A.R. doesn't deliver this time around, the looks are fading and the sounds aren't at all new and fresh.
