Overall, I strongly recommend Hector: Badge of Carnage to anyone who doesn't mind their comedy getting a little bit filthy.

Still funny and absurd; as ridiculous as it is clever. It is an interesting throwback to adventure games, creating an odd bunch of characters to interact with, even though it never properly demonstrates the danger that the town is said to be in.

Overall, Beyond Reasonable Doom is a fitting finish to a strange but enjoyable trilogy.

It's not that this final episode of Hector: Badge of Carnage is bad, it just seems like the series has been on a downward slope since the first episode. The humor and animation continue to be strong, but the puzzle design goes limp at the end.

  1. Episode 3 offers a somewhat satisfying conclusion to the goofy series but it's missing the varied locale and slapstick tong-in-cheek humor of its predecessors. Hector MUST return! Expand
