Although hit detection has been spread to body zones, making it so that a sniper can't shoot your foot and kill you, motion capture isn't as satisfying as ragdoll, especially after "Painkiller," "Half-Life 2," and "CS: Source."

Helps make the Joint Operations experience an interesting and engaging one, though be prepared to face a noticeable learning curve and some frustrations at first.
Not only addresses the problems of the previous game, but also makes extra advancements in the gameplay. But even those advancements have their problems, mainly the maps and motorcycle.
In fact, one of the worst things you can say about an expansion pack is true of Escalation: it feels optional.
