Unfortunately, there are a considerable number of issues holding MLB Front Office Manager back. Lack of three-team deals, a mediocre interface, and questionable AI logic are unacceptable even from a new IP. I hope 2K gives Front Office another go next year, because with some fixes to very obvious issues, this could be a great game.
  2. An obtuse interface makes MLB Front Office Manager bewildering even to baseball-sim veterans.
  3. The nuts and bolts of gameplay are apocalyptic failures, but the awfulness doesn't stop there. Managing games is utterly pointless. [Feb 2009, p.85]
  4. MLB Front Office Manager is a management simulation set in the tough world of professional Baseball. Although it might appear complicated and challenging at first, (which will undoubtedly frustrate "Baseball-Newbies") hardcore gamers might still be disappointed in the long run - especially by the awful graphics.

Awful. Great concept but the interface is terrible. Players are not easy to find, way to much info to handle, managing the game is not good either. God I wish I could have my money back. Grrrrr... Full Review »

This game is totally unplayable. Important players disappear for White Sox during spring training. 2K sports offers no fixes or support.
