    No, it's not perfect and isn't innovative, but it doesn't pretend to be. It is a good romp of a FPS, quick and dirty, with a good blend of play styles and game elements.

    For a game from the same people who brought you such memorable stinkpots as "Mortyr" and the transcendentally lousy "Sniper: Path of Vengeance", Mortyr 2 is actually a semi-competent piece of work.

    Mortyr 2 is exactly what you would expect to find in a litter box. It's kind of dried out so it doesn't stink too bad, and it's clumped with the litter so it doesn't look that bad either but let's make it clear that it's still a piece of crap.

    Critics as a whole pretty much panned the first Mortyr, while seeing this game as an improvement. I actually liked the first game for its colorful interior environments and enjoyable indoor fire-fights. Mortyr 2 seems to prefer outdoor environments, and they do look pretty nice......but -- as with the first Delta Force -- you'll find yourself getting cut down by bullets that seem to come from nowhere. Thankfully there is a cheat code -- there is only one cheat code -- that makes you invisible to the enemy, so if your frustration level gets too high you can always fall back on this.… Full Review »
