  1. Cyan Worlds have brought two innovations to this game. One is the changeable world already mentioned. The other is an on-line multi-player game which actually changes with time. Put that all together and I must award an "A-" for the effort.
  2. Whether you're a seasoned adventure gamer, an MMO player looking for a truly different experience, or you simply have an appreciation for a fully immersive gaming experience, Uru Live is worth your exploration.

For those that already chewed through Uru's Ages, you'll only be presented with a handful of new challenges along with the online features. As of right now, Uru Live is an empty house with an attic full of old content. Those interested may want to wait for Cyan Worlds to add the furniture before moving in.
  4. URU has promised an evolving story line that will unfold as you venture deeper into the Ages. We didn't really see it yet, though, and we have our avatar's fingers crossed that Cyan adds more features and evolves the storyline, and that more players will flock to this new breed of MMO.
  5. While Ubisoft was right in aborting its earlier incarnation--as a standalone subscription-based game, it would've bombed--Myst Online is a fantastic fit for Gametap.com, letting you drop in for brief visits without feeling like you have to linger. [July 2007, p.60]

This game is simply amazing. Even though it's practicly only available on Gametap, it's still quite an awesome recipe in the mix. Although still buggy and can get boring when you've explored the new stuff, the game is vastly amazing. Huge worlds, challenging puzzles, and dazzling designs. So Cyan Worlds, keep up the great work. The game is showing much promise! Full Review »
