Adds a few new enemy types, a few new levels, a few new weapons/trinkets/etc. The general experience is that of the DLC for OMD2, this one is the most-polished and most effective, but fails to reach the level of artful balance in the base game (which I regard as 10/10). Fortunately, it's not an overpriced DLC, so its worth getting in any case.

With that said, the content in Orcs Must Die! 2: Fire and Water meshes nicely with the base game, and the new levels are fun to play. Whether you purchase it right away or wait for the inevitable Steam sale, if you enjoyed Orcs Must Die! 2, you're going to enjoy Fire and Water.
