    Everyone loves violence, no matter if they reject it. This game provides a good way to reduce the fury and other shit. I won't recommend this game for small kids, though. Overall: Gift for sadistic people, teaser for "jesus" people.

    Greatest game ever! I can't wait for Postal 3, which I read is in development as of Feb 08, as well as a Postal movie coming up. Single player is sickeningly entertaining, and the multiplayer is phenomenal. Best LAN party game ever. Ratings obviously bad because of the intense violence and bad taste. Get your noses out of the air critics and come down to earth with the rest of us regular people.… Expand

    I am a big fan of this game, it's one of the most underrated and misunderstood games of all times. The single player is packed full of cool features that admittedly you are unlikely to find without finding about about them on the internet, but just to give you some idea of the warped humor of the devs, you are piss on a doughnut, pick it up and place it somewhere you think a cop will walk to, then watch in amusement as he eats it and throws ups. The game is packed with interesting little mechanics like this. Sure, that’s sort of dark humor is not for everyone, but some people dig it, and it’s cool there is at least one game that will push these sorts of limits. The Multiplayer is interesting and has and interesting twist on CTF called ‘snatch’ where girls are used rather then flags, and there were also various deathmatch servers with interesting twits such as a mod called ‘airmail’ that seemed to be based on the runes mods of quake and unreal. There was also a server that was low grav with mini me style maps much like you would find on the unreal games Despite the game being 6 years old there were at least 10 servers and around 35 players on when I first tried it. The game didn’t seem to run too well with high pings, making me lag worse than any game I’ve seen, but if you can find a server that gives you under 100 it plays just fine. Final thing worth commenting on is the vast amount of custom content there is for this game, it uses the unreal 2.5 engine and seems many of the maps from other unreal engine games have been ported, I’ve never seen anything like it even in unreal 03/04. There are also a notable amount of single player add-ons. Really, if you are into anything I have talked about above, it’s worth checking this game out, I had a blast even though it’s looking rather dated now (but the dated graphics have a cartoony style to them that makes it more bearable then looking at a game that tried to look real at the time but has aged badly)… Expand

    I f...ing love this game cuz its sick, so if your twisted and sick as i am this would be the perfect game for you.Or if youve had a bad day then buy this game and see other people in PAIN!

    Underrated, unadultered masterpiece! Running With Scissors title Postal 2 provides choice. You can play through without using any violence or be as violent as you want.

    Postal 2 : Share the Pain is a great upgrade for Postal 2 which included multiplayer. Unfortunately there aren't any servers in Australia so if your not from the US your basically screwed. Although I still jump on a US server every so often, but having a high ping really ruins the fun. Still Postal 2 was the best game RWS made and will ever make.

    Once you get past the uber-violent novelty of killing innocent civilians with everything from Molotov cocktails to weapons of mass destruction, you'll find the gameplay rather repetitive and shallow.

    The enhancements to the single player game are certainly a huge improvement and the multiplayer modes are reasonably fun although you might have trouble finding other people to play with or against.

    The multiplayer gameplay is just as half-baked on a gameplay level as the single-player, making Share the Pain good for some temporary novelty diversion, but not much more. If you were truly a fan of Postal 2, then you'll probably get a kick out of this.
