Other than its support of Xbox Live, Room Zoom is nothing more than "MicroMachines" on the Xbox. It is still a fun game at times, but we’ve seen very similar titles on older systems like the PS1 and N64.
This is the kind of game that I would expect to be included in a cereal box. It's not very involved and virtually anyone can blast through it in a day or two.
Given the uninspired play and mechanics, it might be more advisable to drive the cars right into the bowl and flush. [Oct 2004, p.98]
