  1. Runaway: A Twist of Fate is a great adventure and a dignified finale of the Runaway triology. It sure does not have the deep story of The Whispered World or A Book of Unwritten Tales but it sure feels like a monolithic system. It’s cinematic presentation with it’s stylish graphics and frequent cutscenes in cool cartoon-style along with some unexpected cliffhangers and surprises kind of forced me to play the game at a stretch. Runaway: A Twist of Fate is a thrilling adventure that entertains the player from the beginning to the end. Just great!
  2. Like its predecessors, Runaway: A Twist of Fate is a romantic comedy masquerading as a point-and-click adventure.
  3. Help Brian and Gina to solve their last adventure - It's definitely worth the while.
  4. Runaway 3 is not only a great ending for the franchise, but the best adventure game ever created in Spain.
  5. It’s an instant classic, not less.
  6. Runaway 3 is a great game for point & click adventure fans. A thrilling adventure that entertains the player from the beginning to the end.
  7. A Twist of Fate is an ode to classic point'n'click games. An interesting game, with great visuals, that delivers many hours of fun. Highly recommended for hardcore point'n'click gamers, and one of the best works from Pendulo Studios yet.
  8. Pendulo Studios has made its homework and Twist of Fate becomes an homage to those classic adventure games every videogame fan remembers.
  9. In conclusion, Runaway 3: A Twist of Fate is fun adventure game of a dying genre. It may not feature all the action of some titles today but if you're looking for something witty and challenging to boot, than there's far worse than this game.
  10. A Twist of Fate closes the trilogy maintaining the good quality level of the whole series. There are no innovations but a nice plot, visual and puzzles.
  11. A Twist of Fate is an exciting conclusion to the successful saga of Runaway. Lovely graphics, a fun and engaging story, and logical puzzles make this product a great pastime for those looking for a funny point and click adventure.
  12. The third chapter of this classical adventure delivers some thrilling puzzles and an intriguing story.
  13. A Twist of Fate has restored my faith in the Runaway series, thanks to its engaging narrative and streamlined interface. This is a great game for Runaway fans and newbies alike.
  14. Magnificent finale of the popular adventure trilogy comes with thrilling moments and unexpected twists we never believe we’ll ever see after the sluggish second part. [Issue#186]
  15. The darker story and high production values make this one worth a peek, but otherwise its nothing special. [May 2010, p.70]

A Really enjoyable experience, great voice casting group, however I wish they had kept the same voice for the returning characters. Never the less, its worth a look and I highly recommend it to any fans of point and click adventures. Full Review »

A perfect ending to the Runaway series, the first Runaway game was released years back and it's hard for me to accept that the series has come to an end because I have gotten so attached. It's funny to see how the characters has developed through the games and how the story turned out and I absolutely love the visuals in this game. I am really going to miss the Runaway games, they were unforgettable adventures. Full Review »

Technically, it is an improvement over the previous versions: you can skip walking, there are hotspot highlight and the game now is able to run on any monitor resolution (not just 1024x768 which my monitor doesn't like). Despite I wanted to play it on my own, I got stuck 2-3 times for hours and had to lookup a walkthrough, but generally the puzzles are more logical than the previous versions. The ability to play as Gina is a welcome addition. The new voice cast was a bit odd. Full Review »
