  • Summary: Play as Brian and Gina in their last runaway adventure in A Twist of Fate.

  1. Help Brian and Gina to solve their last adventure - It's definitely worth the while.
  2. It’s an instant classic, not less.
  3. Runaway: A Twist of Fate is a great adventure and a dignified finale of the Runaway triology. It sure does not have the deep story of The Whispered World or A Book of Unwritten Tales but it sure feels like a monolithic system. It’s cinematic presentation with it’s stylish graphics and frequent cutscenes in cool cartoon-style along with some unexpected cliffhangers and surprises kind of forced me to play the game at a stretch. Runaway: A Twist of Fate is a thrilling adventure that entertains the player from the beginning to the end. Just great!
  4. A Twist of Fate closes the trilogy maintaining the good quality level of the whole series. There are no innovations but a nice plot, visual and puzzles.
  5. Magnificent finale of the popular adventure trilogy comes with thrilling moments and unexpected twists we never believe we’ll ever see after the sluggish second part. [Issue#186]
  6. Runaway 3 is not only a great ending for the franchise, but the best adventure game ever created in Spain.
  7. Like its predecessors, Runaway: A Twist of Fate is a romantic comedy masquerading as a point-and-click adventure.

A Really enjoyable experience, great voice casting group, however I wish they had kept the same voice for the returning characters. Never the less, its worth a look and I highly recommend it to any fans of point and click adventures. Collapse

A perfect ending to the Runaway series, the first Runaway game was released years back and it's hard for me to accept that the series has come to an end because I have gotten so attached. It's funny to see how the characters has developed through the games and how the story turned out and I absolutely love the visuals in this game. I am really going to miss the Runaway games, they were unforgettable adventures. Expand

That is the first Runaway game that I play but I really enjoy. Its a nice and funny history with many puzzles to solve. The help system work pretty well and the gameplay is simple. Its not a game to break your brain in some crazy puzzles, its a game to have fun, give some laughs and enjoy a good soundtrack. Expand

Technically, it is an improvement over the previous versions: you can skip walking, there are hotspot highlight and the game now is able to run on any monitor resolution (not just 1024x768 which my monitor doesn't like). Despite I wanted to play it on my own, I got stuck 2-3 times for hours and had to lookup a walkthrough, but generally the puzzles are more logical than the previous versions. The ability to play as Gina is a welcome addition. The new voice cast was a bit odd. Expand

The first two runaway games were excellent, but this one fell a little flat for me. Only a handful of characters from the first two games returned, and it seemed to have a completely new voice cast, which kind of spoiled it for me. Nevertheless, it was a good game, with challenging puzzles, and a satisfying conclusion to the story. Expand

A fun point and click adventure with a great score and beautiful drawn graphics. The voice acting is quite good too. The story keeps you interested enough, but in my opinion the game is far too short. I spent a few hours each day and finished it in a weekend. Didn't see that coming! Expand
