  • Summary: Seven Kingdoms: Conquest offers strategy fans the choice to play as human or demon in epic battles spanning 6,000 years on Earth. Starting in ancient Egypt in 3000 B.C. and ending in a final battle on a futuristic Earth, players will have to have their fingers on the pulse of their civilization as the two races clash every 1,000 years. 1. When you get down to it, Conquest feels more like a cousin to the series than a true follow-up. It certainly leans towards the traditional side of the genre with more of an emphasis on battle than on construction and micromanagement.
  2. If you are hoping for an updated version of the exceptional Seven Kingdoms gameplay in Seven Kingdoms: Conquest , you will be seriously disappointed.
  3. The gameplay is extremely basic and somewhat boring. Build up an army, go fight, go to the next level. And so on.
  4. Seven Kingdoms: Conquest fails to do anything right. Balance problems, technical issues, pace, story, graphics…I can go on. It’s not worth playing.
  5. Seven Kingdoms: Conquest is a bad RTS game. There are only a few elements in the game that are worth while. Mainly the game just feels like an old and boring RTS. Thats why we can't crown this game to the list of best seven RTS games.

This is an even worse game than Empire Earth 3 for the simple fact that the design shows promise, but it's utterly undermined by the horrible execution.
  7. 20
Conquest is frustrating because a true update to the original series with modern design elements and sharp graphics would be a welcome sight for any real-time strategy fan. To drop this game on the public is a low blow to anyone who remembers the old game.

An absolute piece of garbage. You should take it outside, lay it on the sidewalk and hit it with a sledgehammer or you could find a sucker.. buyer on EBay, but you should expect angry email saying you should have taken this outside, put it on the sidewalk and hit it with a sledgehammer!!!
    PS I coming for you.

This game is now making the most expensive coaster to adorn my living room table. Being a huge fan of Seven Kingdoms, and, too a lesser extend, Seven Kingdoms 2, I was looking forward to the release of this addition to the franchise: I couldn't even complete the tutorial without running into a bug: An impossible tutorial which would not allow you to progress after a certain point

My idealistic views of anything good coming out of Enlight are now in ruins. The most pathetic excuse for a sequal I have ever had the misfortune to purchase.
