Aug 25, 20109Game is really fun to play my only complaint for Single player game is that it wasn't long enough. I shouldn't be able to beat the game in 2 days or about 9 hours. Should take about a week. This is my complaint about most new games but besides that, this is one of the most fun games to play in a long time. I love everything about it.

Sep 1, 20112Subtitles/captions is a must for hearing impaired players like me. This game has no subtitles at all! By the time I finished the game I have no idea what the game is all about. I am left wondering what the hell the game is all about. Other than that the game has fun gameplay.

Oct 23, 20109Very good shooter. Think Doom-Quake-Wolfenstein with the gameplay and graphic enigine of Bioshock doing Yuri's Revenge artwork, plus cutscenes from Modern Warfare 2. Sure it's a rehash, but it's a rehash of the nicest games I played. Besides, there really are some great, 'original' ideas in the game. Highly recommended.

Sep 18, 20108I really liked the game including the graphics, story line, AI, and weapons. The TMD was extremely useful and the mix of human/mutants was well balanced. The only negative thing I would site is the shortness of the game. One other side note is that I thought the hardest boss of the game came in the middle of the story, not at the end. Oh well.

Nov 11, 20118I really enjoyed Singularity. Sure it was mostly a generic FPS game, but it was well designed and memorable. The weapons were fun to use, especially the time-slowing-bullet rifle. The levels were interesting and the enemy AI was decent. Is the game worth full price? No way. Like other quality but generic FPS games, it's worth playing if you enjoy FPS games. Rent it or buy it for $10 or so.

Dec 30, 20119Cool story and decent shooting action. One of those few hidden jewels that didn't get much deserved attention for some reason. Has some issues with mouse and key bindings.

Jan 29, 20117I've loved that weapons in this games have a nice feel about them. Even thou I'm not a fan of FPS games, this one catched my attention with it's nice setting. It is a good quality FPS, but nothing more in fact. Lovely weapons, nice setting, sadly - no original ideas.

Jul 12, 20119Great mix of Half-life 2, Bioshock, and Dead Space. They shamelessly stole all of the best elements from the best shooters and created a great gaming experience. I picked this game up for $10 and it turned out to be much more entertaining than the last two $60 games that I bought. Highly recommended for fans of fps!

Jul 24, 20118I like to think of Singularity of a mash-up of TimeShift and Metro 2033, which is to say it looks amazing, is loads of fun to play and the innovative time-altering weapon is the icing on the cake.

Apr 21, 20129Great game. The engine/gameplay is absolutely novel and superb. The atmospheric "fake russian" scenery is absolutely fitting, and the storyline is about as great as Sci-Fi/Realism hybrids go. It was too short however, and I feel that the game could be expanded into something that is even greater.

Dec 4, 201110Amazing game - but the publisher's marketing department didn't push it because they wanted to put they money on COD marketing. I hate COD!!! This game is a unique and immersive fps, highly critically rated.

Feb 23, 20129Although it's a bit too much influenced by Bioshock, it's a really good game... rather than Bioshock i think ;-) Good ambiance, story, good looking (some display bugs sometimes), and it's cheap buying !

60Borrows so much but pays back so little. Seems to learn nothing from games half a decade old. Fun for a weekend. [Sept 2010, p.54]
-
68A confused mess of promising but inconsistent mechanics. Hilarious, maddening, stupid and occasionally fun. [Sept 2010, p.79]

86A nice working mix of puzzles and action, with great rhythm and a varied formula. By focusing on the core themes of the first person shooter experience, Singularity is an excellent a quite surprising game.
