    Good, sophisticated, flexible game. Fun to play. AI is very weak. A few minor bugs which will probably be fixed in a patch.

    This Is a reincarnattion of one of the greated turned based wargames of all time - Panzer General. Those who give it a low score are probably to young to remember what a superb wargame is really was when it came out many years ago. Many ciritic now seek flashy graphic and audio and spurn anything that does not have it. If you liked Panzer General and miss not bing able to play it on modern operating systems like XP and Vista, this game is for you. I am glad to see someone has brought Panzer General back!… Expand

    I am addicted! Tries to remain historically accurate. Human vs Human games are the best. Of course, AI is weak but it cannot be otherwise which such an intricate great game!

    An excellent war game. Blitzkrieg fixes almost all of the problems the first game had (a small Africa etc). The AI could still be better, though. [May 2006]

    Strategic Command 2 is best for someone entirely new to war gaming who is looking to get a feel for the genre. However, like training wheels on a bike it will soon outlive its purpose.
