  • Summary: State-of-the-art toilet humor! First graphic adventure to fully exploit next-gen graphics and sound hardware capabilities. Strong emphasis on humor, inspired by popular culture, Monty Python, X-Files, etc. Movie quality animations and cut scenes with full voice-overs. [Ubi Soft]

  1. Stupid Invaders is fun and funny, a masterful blend of high art and low humor. (I am glad that computer-generated odors are not yet a reality.) It is my new favorite game of all-time, displacing even “The Longest Journey” and “Grim Fandango.”
  2. One of the best adventure games for the last couple of years, being thoroughly worked out and pleasingly rounded - it takes a lot of effort to appear so dumb, obviously.
  3. You will not see better graphics, or hear better sound effects and music, or laugh more at absolutely zany jokes in a cartoon adventure on either a computer or movie screen.
  4. 70
Funny gags, cool graphics, neat characters and easy progression make this an ideal way to wile away a rainy day. Don't expect too much and I guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised.
  5. The easy puzzles and outstanding graphics make Stupid Invaders seem more like a lengthy exercise in computer animation than a fully realized adventure game.
  6. If you like the humour in the Farrelly films or if you're partial to "Tom and Jerry" cartoons you will love Stupid Invaders.
  7. 35
A great concept marred by exceptionally bad implementation. A game that is impossible to recommend to anyone, for any reason.
