    Wonderful visual style and art, sci-fi futuristic theme, it's funny and entertaining, just like the previous two games in the series. The core mechanics are almost the same.The combat is satisfying, there is a new blocking feature, which at least in my opinion is not that useful. The boss fights are somewhat frustrating, but manageable.

    No captions. unsuitable for hearing impaired and deaf people. Played 5 minutes and couldn't even understand what the heck the story is and what I need to do.

    The Baconing is way below the level of first two parts. Everything possible is done worse or just copied. Also there's now more fighting and less talking - everyone who played Deathspank know that it's a bad thing. Game is also shorter by about 100mins making it just a bit longer than the last CoD campaign. Graphics are the same in terms of technology and style but characters and enviroment are simplier and dull. Fighting didn't get any improvements too, it's still about blocking and clicking IWINButton. Plot, dialogues and storytelling are undoubtely missing Gilbert's magic touch.     It is an awesome game, but it can't compete with the first two parts. Neither with the jokes, the fun I had, nor the length. I expected a lot more, and I was quite disappointed, but still it is worth playing. The developers should have focused on new things rather than reproducing what they already gave us. Also the lack of spanky dialogue who has been replaced with fights is a pity.

    Death Spank is still the action figure you love to have at your birthday party. He is quite funny but is obviously slowly heading towards retirement. [Oct 2011]
