So let's go down the list of what makes The Complex compelling: phenomenal cast, complicated characters, a deep and rather dark narrative. No, it's not a traditional game. No, it's not a traditional film. But when it comes to interactive films, it's a very solid effort worth several playthroughs to discover what you may have missed the first time. The developer even makes it easy to play again, offering a skip button for subsequent plays. There are some components that seem unnecessary, and some settings that could be improved upon, but The Complex is absolutely a game I will recommend again and again.
Is The Complex worth it? It's really hard to say. It's not exactly an expensive buy at £9.99, and the addition of choices make it more engaging than a television episode or movie. At the end of the day, it's basically a £10 movie rental with some button prompts added in. The best way to play it would be with a group of friends watching together, so you can argue over the choices and go for the path that feels best for you. Otherwise, there are better games and better movies available for the same cost.

Мне игра очень зашла,играл с удовольстивем по моему мнению актеры сыграли хорошо.Концовки прикольные но однообразные так что можно взять за 300 руб в стиме.

The Complex is a well crafted interactive movie with a story that will initially hook you. As you lead Amy's decision making through the story, some moments can feel a bit out there or character motivations unclear, but it's a satisfying experience overall and it will scratch that sci-fi thriller itch.
Given the setup – clueless white scientist comes to terms with the consequences of her groundbreaking research – The Complex is a particularly vanilla flavour of dystopia that fails to inspire. These are uncomfortable tropes we’ve seen before, especially when it comes to expendable minorities and the guilt-ridden white people fretting over them. Even without the COVID-19 pandemic living rent-free in our brains, The Complex – despite its noble efforts – ends up feeling rather flat.
The Complex is a run-of-the-mill live action adventure game, in a genre that can't really afford to phone it in. The decent price tag makes it at least a bit endearing for the curious, but fans will find The Complex to be an underwhelming movie and a forgettable game.
Nine different endings make for a lot of variation, right? Well, that's what you would think. In reality there really isn't any replay value here, with uninteresting choices leading to underwhelming consequences. The actors all do themselves proud, though... so I guess that's something.
There’s a place for FMV games like The Complex, but this effort is both poorly written and performed. You’ll tire of the cast long before you reach the release’s credits, and while the title does include various branches in its story, it generally feels like you’re on autopilot for the most part. If you’re desperate for a live action experience, the PS4 already has much better alternatives to this.
I like the scenario and ı think this game very good example for interactive games.

Плюсы: хороший выбор актеров, красивые вещи. Минусы ниже:
1)Скромный сюжет
2)Малое кол-во разнообразных концовок (большинство повторяется)
3)Вся "игра" (кино) проходит только в одной сцене.

I tried, I really did ... the story concept fascinated, the graphics quality was good (despite the locked in square edge room/level design) but when it repeatedly morphed into a twitch reflex over-the-shoulder view third person shooter I hit the wall of frustration. I am not an action shooter fan so that is influencing my rating ... may well have not bought at full price anyway, but purchased heavily discounted and because I have been a long time fan of Wales Interactive.
